Changing or cancelling a booking
Message or call the number you booked with and give your name, date and time. If your flight has changed, just send us the new flight number. See our Terms of Service for details.
Lost property
Left something in the car? Contact us as soon as possible and tell us:
- The date and time of your trip
- Pick-up and drop-off points
- A description of the item
Once we find your item we will contact you to arrange its return.
Complaints, suggestions and thanks
Your feedback helps us improve. Send us the date of your trip and a short description on WhatsApp. We review every complaint carefully and get back to you within 7 days at the latest.
Receipts
If you need a receipt for your trip, ask your driver or request one on WhatsApp after the trip.
